The patisserie artisanship SIMOS was founded in 1991 in Doxato, city of Drama, in order to create an establishment for the production of high standard  products. The traditional recipes, in accordance with the use of first quality materials and modern manufacturing methods as well as excellent customer service have ensured the success of our business since our first steps.  This way the need to expand our business had risen.  Today our company has pastries manufacturing facilities with potentials of mass production, private parking for customers, and a wide area for retail outlet and a modern retail store in the city center of Drama.

Our goal is the name SIMOS to remain a synonym with high quality and excellent taste of the products we manufacture. We achieve this through the continuous training of our staff and the thorough control of production process. Our modern hygiene methods that we are using in all production levels are helping us move in that direction.     
Having earned the trust of our customers we are raising the bar even higher. We are setting as our goal, the spread of Greek confectionery culture through its traditional flavors, using the purest of ingredients and most modern and safe production methods.
